It’s the first thing any dreamwork professional will tell you:
Put a pen and paper beside your bed and write down your dreams.
That is excellent advice. It’s a proven fact that dream recall increases when we signal our intention to the subconscious mind that we want to remember our dreams.
But do you have to write down every one?
Most dream teachers will probably say the answer to that question is an unqualified Yes!
As for me, I’m not so sure.
